Data Deletion Instructions
How to Delete Your Data
You can request deletion of your data from VividMotion.io at any time. Follow these steps:
Sign in to your account
Go to vividmotion.io/auth/signin and log in with your account.
Disconnect Instagram accounts
Go to Dashboard → Accounts and disconnect any linked Instagram accounts.
Request account deletion
Email us at privacy@vividmotion.io with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 48 hours.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, name, profile picture)
- Connected Instagram/Facebook account tokens
- All content you created (posts, images, videos)
- Follower tracking history and metrics
- Scheduling data and publishing history
Facebook Data Deletion
If you connected your account via Facebook Login, you can also request data deletion directly from Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find VividMotion.io and click Remove
- Select "Delete all data" option
This will automatically trigger a data deletion request to our servers.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.
