Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SweetFlow ("we", "us"), which operates SweetFlow, a companion app that connects to an Instagram professional account to help moderate comments and direct messages, run keyword automations, and generate growth recommendations from metrics. By connecting an Instagram account or signing in with Google, you agree to these terms.

The service

SweetFlow reads comments, direct messages, and account metrics from the Instagram account you connect, and, based on the settings you configure, hides, deletes, or replies to comments and sends direct messages on your behalf. Some of this processing uses AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Provided as-is

SweetFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that moderation flags, automations, or recommendations are accurate, complete, or free of error.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the moderation decisions taken through SweetFlow, including any content hidden, deleted, or replied to, and any automated messages sent, on the connected account. Review flagged content and automation rules before relying on them; SweetFlow surfaces suggestions and takes configured actions, but the account owner remains accountable for what happens on their account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SweetFlow to:

• Access an Instagram account you are not authorized to manage.
• Attempt to circumvent Instagram's or Meta's platform policies.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.

Termination

You may stop using SweetFlow at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account from your settings, which also deletes that account's stored data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, for use that violates these terms or platform policies we rely on.

No Meta affiliation

SweetFlow is an independent, third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or any of their affiliates. Instagram and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.
